BIO-OPC Red Wine Extract Tonic is fermented by bacterial activity to make a sour liquid consisting mainly of acetic acid and the juice of whole mature Australian black grape. The flavour is particularly sweet and pleasant to the palate. Red Wine tonic is not filtered or pasteurised thereby retaining the valuable natural fermentation residue “the Mother” in the product.
