Propolis is a resinous substance collected by bees from certain plants. It is used by bees to seal the openings of hives, maintain hives and to keep free from germs. Propolis is not only good for maintaining beehives, it has become a popular nutritional supplement and is used by many people to assist in maintaining their general well being.

INDICATIONS
- Propolis supports healthy immune system function and the body’s natural immune response and aids in the maintenance of general well-being. Propolis has antioxidant activity and can therefore assist in protecting the body from free radicals.
- Propolis liquid may be used as a mouthwash to help to maintain oral health.

Directions for use: Adult Dosage: Take 2 to 3ml daily, with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. As a mouthwash, daily dosage may be diluted with a small amount of water and swished around the mouth before swallowing.
